About Us
Excel Body Fitness started in 2010 as a small fitness studio in Cary, NC. The owners’ goal was to improve each and every member's health and wellness through an individualized group fitness program. As the facility grew, Excel Body Fitness brought aspects of its custom program to local corporations in North Carolina. Eventually, they extended their reach to corporations nationwide and began offering services outside of fitness, such as massage, mindfulness, nutrition, and more. Pretty soon, Excel Body Fitness accumulated over 40 clients nationwide, assisting organizations with health fairs, recurring services, and Wellness events and clinics. Our team is equipped to custom design any program for each organization's wants and needs. We encourage you to take a look at all our program offerings to see what fits best.
