Pilate’s/Core/Stretch This class is designed to improve physical strength, Core move’s, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. all levels welcome!
Strictly Power  A 45 min’s Each class is designed to strengthen your muscles through various exercises using hand weights, BOSU ball, stability ball, body weight and much more!  Every class will be a new adventure filled with different exercises and intervals to help improve your fitness level and increase your muscle strength. All Fitness Levels Welcome!
Total Body Circuit We have designed a class to give you what you need in 45min. Full body workout with timed Stations, utilizing Bosus, Dumbbells, Stability Balls and more. All fitness levels welcome!
Tabata Tabata is continuous cardio or strength moves where you do 20 sec. Explosion Exercise with a 10-sec. hold. This style workout will get you lean and sculpted.  It is designed to sculpt your core and glutes while incorporating functional training working on balance, strength and coordination…Come feel the burn and see what everyone is talking about.
Yoga Excel Yoga Flow offers well-rounded sequences of postures from Sun Salutations, to standing strength, twists, balance, backbends, inversions and core-strengthening postures. Poses flow fluidly and dynamically from one to the other in conjunction with the breath. Focus is on proper alignment in each pose. Yoga Flow will help you develop strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and focus. It is appropriate for any level (from beginner to advance) as modifications and challenges will be offered.
Interval Training This class introduces sports conditioning principles and emphasizes cross training techniques. Then we will mix it up with cardio drills in between weight training intervals. All levels are welcome!

BarBell Participants in a barbell class perform a high number of repetitions for each targeted body part over the course of the class. Barbell classes emphasize a wide range of muscle groups, including back muscles, core muscles, shoulders, arms and legs. Common exercise performed in barbell classes include squats, curls, shoulder presses and deadlifts. Some barbell classes feature extra equipment such as a stepper that adds challenge and an additional cardiovascular element to the class’ core weight-training program.

Interval Training Full Body workout will be challenging and fun, based on the principles of MAX interval training. Combine full-body resistance training with continuous Cardio, Strength and core training that will maximize your results. This efficient athletic workout with built-in recovery is easy to follow offering intervals of strength, power, resistance and core training moves. Equipment may be utilized, all Fitness levels welcome!
Zumba Dance fitness combined with strength training and core exercises – This class will keep your body pumping with hips shaking. You will love this class –  lots of energy!     All fitness levels welcome
