Excel Body Fitness has changed my life!  I started in the X-Series program as a size 12 and with hard work and the encouragement of Carolee and others in my classes I lost over 25 pounds and found a true love for fitness!  I have fought with my weight my entire life, trying diet after diet and at my heaviest I was a size 16 weighing over 200 pounds.  I have always been active, playing competitive sports through high school and college, but once I had kids I didn’t have time to exercise…or rather didn’t make time.  I started doing a run/walk program and lost the first 20 pounds on my own.  After moving to North Carolina and finding the XBF program the weight started to come off and I could feel my body getting stronger!  Commit yourself and follow the program they have created…IT WORKS!!  I am so thankful to be healthy and strong and decided to pursue a group fitness certification to help others reach their goals!  I train hard and expect you to do the same!  WORKOUT HARD AND BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU ACHIEVE!  You don’t have to be great to start…but you have to start to be great!  I look forward to seeing you in one of my classes!
