Excel Body Fitness James BarringtonWith practically a lifetime of experience as a competitive athlete and more than a decade of coaching high level athletes, I am no stranger to the health and fitness field. I have coached with the Carolina Flames Fast Pitch Softball organization for going on 13 years now. In this time, I have helped to develop the skill level of the athletes that were in my charge. All in all, more than 90 young ladies have gone on to have collegiate careers on the diamond during my tenure with the Flames.

This coaching experience combined with my passion for living a healthy lifestyle have led me to making this career change. Obtaining my certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine while getting hands on experience working alongside certified strength and conditioning coaches have validated the fire that was already present within, giving me further insight into developing a person’s athletic skill, fitness level, and mental strength.

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 6-7:30pm

James Barrington’s sessions will cover:

-Balance training

-Flexibility training

-Speed and agility training

-Strength training (to include core strength)

 

12 month commitment         $80/month

6 month commitment            $90/month
