Matt Bologna
Matt is a recent transplant from Oregon with certifications in personal training, functional movement, and CPR/First Aid. Matt is a graduate from Luther College and he started his early career in Law Enforcement. Starting in 2015, Matt began his transition into the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor. Since his start in fitness, he has gained experience as a personal trainer, health coach, and corporate wellness manager and trainer. Matt enjoys playing golf on his days off and he designs his own training programs to improve his golf game. His goal for his clients is to find what fitness means to them and to help them achieve what they’re looking for.
