Here at Excel Body Fitness, we have a licensed massage therapist, Marcie, who is experienced in her practice and provides great services. A massage with Marcie will have you feeling brand new, and your body will thank you!

Yoga is a great way to unwind, stretch, and center your mind, body, and soul after a long week. Here at Excel Body Fitness, our Yoga instructors will ensure you leave their class feeling calm and collected. 

  1. Sound Bowl Meditation

Sound Bowl Meditation is an amazing and unique way to find your zen. The Sound Bowl method combines regular mediation practices with the beautiful and calming sounds of singing bowls.
