Here are some quick and simple fall recipe ideas to enjoy your favorite fall flavors, while staying on the right track! Pumpkin Protein Oats: ½ cup steel cut oats 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or water) 2 tbsp pure pumpkin puree 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 1 tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp nutmeg 1 tbsp natural sweetener of choice Microwave for 1:30, or until desired texture is achieved. Pumpkin Spice Latte: Coffee: 2 shots of espresso 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk 3 pumps of sugar free pumpkin syrup Topping: 10g canned coconut cream 1 tsp pure pumpkin puree 1 tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp nutmeg 1 pump of sugar free pumpkin syrup Whip with a hand mixer until thick
