Growing up, exercise has always been Peter’s passion. This inspired him to earn a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and work as a certified personal trainer. Peter has experience across a variety of training styles and age groups. Some of his
specialties include sport performance, adventure vacation conditioning, powerlifting, boxing, body composition, and
preventative training (training to stay healthy). Everyone has their own health and fitness goals. What they might not have is a
plan to achieve those goals, or the knowledge required to ensure that it is effective. This is where Peter shines – he will make
sure you have a plan and give you whatever help you need to execute it. A healthy lifestyle doesn’t happen by accident – so
