Claire Cesta is an ACE certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She is now working on completing the three phases of the EXOS Performance Specialist certification as well as practicing toward the StrongFirst KettleBell SFG I test and taking various courses geared toward strength techniques for post-injury and correcting imbalances. Her love for movement came from her Mom who was a ski instructor and an aerobics instructor among many other activities. Claire has been an avid tennis play, horseback rider and runner her whole life. Claire’s mom is 82 but they still hit the gym for workouts together.
By continual learning, she hopes to provide her clients with exercises and workouts based on the most proven theories. This applies not only to new moms looking to lose weight but also to high school athletes pushing toward college scholarships. In addition, it’s proven that strength training gives young girls self-esteem through empowerment and it aids aging adults maintain stronger bones and healthy independence. Next on her list of desired certifications is movement classes for seniors and sufferers of Parkinson’s with which her mother was recently diagnosed. It is her hope that with her continued education and knowledge she can help you achieve your goals both inside and out of the gym.
