Suspension Training on the TRX tightens your core, strengthens and lengthens your muscles and increases your flexibility. This class is a fast-paced workout that combines TRX strength exercises with cardio drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. The exercises allow for the use of multiple planes of motion and work multiple muscles and joints simultaneously. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility with this total-body circuit training. All levels are welcome!

Cardio and Interval Classes
Little of everything 20 seconds of high intensity cardio and 10 seconds rest, then 20 minutes of core and finally, after a long week of working out, 20 minutes of stretching.
Fitness combined with strength training and core exercises; this class will keep your body pumping with hips shaking. You will love this class – lots of energy!
Cycle and strength work: warm up on the treadmill, cycle, and then focus on strength using free weights and dumbbells. Usually rotating in 4 or 5 sessions per class. 5 minute runs then 5 minutes of strength training. Incorporating hill and sprint work on treadmill, as well as TRX and core work for strength.
20 minutes of hard core boxing, followed by 20 minutes of cardio drills and 20 minutes stretch and flex. All levels are welcome!

Piyo LIVE is a muscle-sculpting, core-building workout with inspiration from yoga and pilates. You’ll use your bodyweight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define your muscles and build flexibility. We crank up the music and the fun for an intense yet low impact workout!
Excel Yoga Flow offers well-rounded sequences of postures from sun salutations, to standing strength, twists, balance, backbends, inversions and core-strengthening postures. Poses flow fluidly and dynamically from one to the other in conjunction with the breath. Focus is on proper alignment in each pose. Yoga Flow will help you develop strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and focus. It is appropriate for any level (from beginner to advance) as modifications and challenges will be offered.
Excelates combines the ‘core’ basics of Pilates – slow and controlled movements, with the intensity/level of an Excel workout. It is a fusion of many different methods – all based off of Joseph Pilates original practice. You will sculpt and elongate your muscles by reaching the secondary muscles with high reps and low weights. We will use the Bosu, Ball, Bands, Pilates Circle, and light weights. You will learn how to use your abs to protect your back, improve your posture, and reach the deepest abdominal muscle, the transverse abdominals (the muscle that will flatten your abs). You will learn how to use your breath properly to work your abs in every workout you do as well as throughout the day. All levels welcome.
