Hi, my name is Brooks McDonald and I’m a certified personal trainer specializing in exercise fitness for all ages. My philosophy is that an elevated and sustained level of physical fitness, for any age level, will solely increase the functional capacity and quality of life of any individual.
My passion for fitness was first discovered at age 9. During my youth football league off-season, I learned from an older cousin the fundamentals of gaining more strength to better equip myself within the trenches. I was ecstatic by the results and was sold from that experience!
I became more captivated with my passion for fitness and would later find myself serving in the U.S. Air Force as a Physical Training Leader for nearly 13 years, encouraging hundreds of service members to achieve optimal fitness levels. Additionally, I’ve aided my daughter with her track and field workouts, enhancing her overall performances in multiple events. Most recently, I’ve successfully assisted my mother in regaining her strength and mobility after suffering a stroke.
As a retired U.S. Air Force veteran of 23 years, I’m consistently maintaining a positive mindset, displaying a high level of enthusiasm, and continuing my education while pursuing my passion of fitness. I am here to serve and support you on your fitness journey with the highest level of motivation, dedication, and professionalism. Ultimately, to be fit and staying fit is a lifelong commitment and it can be an enjoyable experience for all! Much obliged!
